MuscleMama & StrongMama
Strength training circuits designed to maximize calorie burn while building muscle, burning fat, and toning your body. Classes will vary using dumbbells/free weights, resistance tubes, mini bands or even your baby.
Cardio + High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that challenges your cardio endurance and burns more calories in this compact class. Every class ends with core conditioning and stretching to increase range of motion and flexibility.
Isometric (static) training exercises challenges muscle groups in a single position. Mini bands and bodyweight exercises will be added to increase intensity and maximize muscle toning.
Saturday Run club for Mamas who love long distance cardiovascular training. $25 a month for non members & $10 fabMama Monthly Members
8-week results-based boot camp. Only Mamas 6+ months postpartum. You train five times a week, meeting twice in person & three virtual workouts.
Small-group functional training program that prepares women for the physical demands of childbirth and postpartum recovery.
